What We Do

Our call connection service connects you to the organisation you need to speak to quickly and with ease. Each landing page on our website provides you with information about the relevant organisation (including their opening times and contact details) and a premium rate number (with clear, relevant tariff charge details) you can call. By calling that number, you will hear a recording of the relevant organisation’s direct number and you can remain on the line for the call to be connected to that organisation. Some services advertise a mobile information sms, this is a billable sms sent at the end of your call (from a mobile, when your number is not witheld) with full details of the relevant organisation including their direct number, opening times and website URL for future use!

Please note, that calls to our premium rate numbers are chargeable at all times, so please ensure that you check the opening hours of the organisation you are trying to contact before using our number. You can use the organisation’s direct number provided in the SMS text message that is sent to you, access charges may apply.

Opening hours provided by us are subject to change and Bank Holiday hours may be different.

Customer Calls Ltd is not affiliated / associated with the organisations that connection numbers are provided for and is a wholly independent entity and company.

Pricing

Our relevant charges are clearly displayed on each website landing page we operate. Where you call one of our premium rate numbers, the call will be charged as follows:

  • Calls cost £6 + £6 mobile information sms + access charges
    Our charge of £6 connection plus £6 mobile information sms with no further charges after that, plus the relevant Access Charge set by your communications provider

    or

  • Calls cost £6 + £3 mobile information sms + access charges
    Our charge of £6 connection plus £3 mobile information sms with no further charges after that, plus the relevant Access Charge set by your communications provider

    or

  • Calls cost £3 + £3 per minute + access charges
    Our charge of a £3 connection charge followed by £3 per minute, plus the relevant Access Charge set by your communications provider

    or

  • Calls cost £3.60 + £1.50 per minute + access charges
    Our charge of a £3.60 connection charge followed by £1.50 per minute, plus the relevant Access Charge set by your communications provider.

The cost of our service can vary depending on your communications provider (the organisation that bills you for the calls you make). You should contact your communications provider to find out about your relevant Access Charge. Please ensure you have the bill payer’s permission before using our service and dialling one of our premium rate numbers.

Maximum call durations apply to all our premium rate numbers to ensure that we comply with PSD2 payment requirements. Once the maximum duration has been reached your call will be automatically disconnected. Please refer to our Terms for further information on the maximum call durations that apply.

We strive to provide a first-rate service and experience, and we try to deal with any complaint fairly and promptly. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us so we can investigate it and do our utmost to resolve the concern.

We aim to respond to emails within three working days. Our support team will do all they can to successfully resolve any problems at the point of first contact, but where this is not possible, we will seek to agree a course of action with you.
