Our Connection Service

Customer Calls Ltd provide an easy to use UK based Information, Connection and Signposting Service (ICSS) which is registered with and regulated by the Phone-paid Services Authority (PSA) who are the UK regulator for content, goods and services charged to a phone bill. Please note that Customer Calls Ltd is not affiliated or associated to any of the companies which connection numbers are provided for and is an entirely independent entity and company. 

Our call connection service connects you to the organisation you need to speak to quickly and simply via our premium rate telephone numbers. Each landing page on our website gives you a wide range of information on the organisation and the choice of call connection should you wish to use it. If you’d prefer to find the official number elsewhere we also give you the URL for the official company which you can click on and be directed to their website to continue searching. 

If you decide to use one of our premium rate call connection numbers you will hear a recording of the relevant company’s direct number, which you can note down for future use, and you can remain on the line to be connected to that company. 

It’s important to note that users of our service should be 18 years or older and have permission of the bill payer prior to using our service. You should also read our Terms and Privacy Policy before use. 

Each landing page which promotes a premium rate call connection number clearly displays the relevant charges associated with using the service. Where you call one of our premium rate numbers your call will be charged as follows: 

Our ‘service’ charge of £6 per call plus £6 mobile information sms, plus the relevant ‘access’ charge set by your communications provider.

Our ‘service’ charge of £6 per call plus £3 mobile information sms, plus the relevant ‘access’ charge set by your communications provider.
or
Our ‘service’ charge of £3 per call, followed by £3 per minute, plus the relevant ‘access’ charge set by your communications provider.
or
Our ‘service’ charge of £3.60 per call, followed by £1.50 per minute, plus the relevant ‘access’ charge set by your communications provider.

or

Our ‘service’ charge of £3.60 per call, followed by £2 per minute, plus the relevant ‘access’ charge set by your communications provider.

or

Our ‘service’ charge of £3.60 per call, followed by £3.60 per minute, plus the relevant ‘access’ charge set by your communications provider.

The cost that you will incur by using our service can vary depending on your communications provider (I.e. the company that bills you for the calls you make).  You should contact your provider directly to find out about your relevant Access Charge. Maximum call durations apply to all our premium rate numbers to ensure that we comply with PSD2 payment requirements. Once the maximum duration has been reached your call will be automatically disconnected. Please refer to our Terms for further information on the maximum call durations that apply.
